Stewed rhubarb #3

Cut the rhubarb in small pieces.

Place the rhubarb, brown sugar, grapes, and the orange juice and rind in the pan.

Let sit all night.

Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes without breaking up the rhubarb while stirring.

Yield: 6 servings (bowls).

- juice and rind of one orange

1 L of rhubarb

300 ml of brown sugar

250 ml of seedless grapes
