Stewed rhubarb #4

Put rhubarb and sugar in a 2 litres microwavable dish.

Drizzle with lemon juice.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes at maximum intensity.

Stir the rhubarb.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Let cool.

Add the yogurt.

Serve.

500 ml rhubarb, washed and diced

60 ml of sugar

125 ml of yogurt
