Stewed strawberry and rhubarb #1

Cut the rhubarb in 5 cm pieces.

In a pan, bring the orange juice and sugar to a boil.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the rhubarb.

Simmer over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes.

Remove from heat, add the strawberries (washed and cut in half, or frozen).

Serve cold, in a bowl, with whipped cream, ice cream or sour cream.

900 g whipped cream

125 ml of rhubarb

175 ml of orange juice

500 ml of sugar

1 can of strawberries, fresh or frozen
