Rhubarb marmalade #1

Wash and cut the rhubarb in 1 cm pieces.

Put rhubarb in an enamelled cast iron pan and add the remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil and cook until stewed.

Pour into sterilized jars.

Seal.

Ingredients

1.2 L of sugar

2.5 ml of salt

1.5 L of rhubarb

- juice of two lemons

- lemon rind of one lemon

- juice and rind of two oranges
