Rhubarb, strawberries and cereals

Spread the rhubarb and strawberries in a 22 cm greased pan.

In a pan, put the sugar, flour, water and vanilla. Stir while cooking until the mixture thickens.

Pour over the rhubarb and strawberries.

Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.

Spread over the rhubarb and strawberries mixture.

Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 to 40 minutes.

Serve hot or cold. If served cold, top with whipped cream and strawberries.

250 ml of strawberries

185 ml of sugar

30 ml of all-purpose flour

250 ml of water

185 ml of all-purpose flour

185 ml of rolled oats

250 ml of brown sugar

2,5 ml of vanilla

5 ml of cinnamon

125 ml of butter or margarine
