Oven cooked rhubarb

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Combine all the ingredients in 2.5 litre cooking dish.

Cover tightly and cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.

Let it cool down.

Yield: 6 servings.

1 cinnamon stick

6 cloves

1.5 L of rhubarb, chopped
