Rhubarb drink

Put the rhubarb and water in a pan.

Bring to a boil and let boil for 25 minutes.

Drain well in a sieve.

Put back on the stove.

Add the sugar and stir well until melted.

Remove from heat.

Add the orange, pineapple and lemon juice. Let it cool down.

Add the cold water and put in the freezer.

500 ml of rhubarb, diced

175 ml of water

80 ml of sugar

45 ml of orange juice

15 ml of pineapple juice

30 ml of lemon juice

675 ml of cold water
