Rhubarb marmalade #5

Wash and cut the rhubarb in pieces.

Add puréed lemons, water and sugar.

Boil until thickened.

Remove from heat and add the grounded almonds.

You can replace half of the almond with raisins. Add the raisins 10 to 15 minutes before cooking is complete.


2.5 kg of sugar

375 ml of water

2 lemons

250 g of almonds, chopped

2.5 kg of rhubarb
