Rhubarb marmalade #6

Combine all the ingredients in a pan.

Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.

Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring often.

Let cool and put in jars.


1.3 L of sugar

75 ml of orange juice

30 ml of lemon juice

75 ml of walnuts, chopped

2.2 L of rhubarb, diced

2.5 ml of grated lemon rind
