Stewed strawberry and rhubarb #4
Wash, peel and cut the rhubarb in sticks.
Wash and hull the strawberries.
Cook the rhubarb with the sugar and 1/2 of a glass of water over low heat, stirring constantly.
Use a stainless steel pan.
When the cooking almost complete, add the strawberries. Cook for 2 minutes.
The strawberries should stay firm. Let cool 1 hour before serving..
