Rhubarb marmalade #2

In a large pot, combine the rhubarb, raisins, sugar, and orange juice and rind.

Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, about 40 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the nuts and cook for about 5 minutes.

Check the jam consistency.


1.75 L of sugar

125 ml to 250 ml of nuts, chopped

750 ml of raisins

3.5 L of rhubarb, chopped

- orange juice

- rind of two oranges
