Rhubarb ketchup #1

Combine all the ingredients in a large pan and cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time to prevent sticking.

Cook for about 2 hours.

Yield: about 40 oz of ketchup.

5 ml of salt

5 ml of cinnamon

3-4 cloves

500 ml of onions

250 ml of brown sugar

1 L of rhubarb

1.5 kg of tomatoes

500 ml of vinegar

1 pinch of allspice
