Rhubarb cream #2

Grease the pie plate.

Put the rhubarb dices in the plate.

Beat together the eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder.

Mix well and pour on the rhubarb. Add little knobs of butter.

Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.


750 ml of rhubarb, diced

250 ml of sugar

30 ml of flour

1 knob of butter

5 ml of baking powder

2 eggs
