Rhubarb cake #1

Sift the flour and baking soda.

Cream the butter.

Add the flour, milk, egg and diced rhubarb.

Add the cream and mix to get a crumbly consistency.

Pour into a 8 X 12 inch greased pan.

Mix the sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the cake.

Cook at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.

5 ml of cinnamon

125 ml of butter

375 ml of brown sugar

500 ml of flour

250 ml of milk

375 ml of rhubarb, diced

5 ml of baking soda

1 egg
