Rhubarb and apple pudding

Combine the rhubarb, apples and sugar. Pour in a 1 litre buttered pan.

Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.

Add the butter and stir well.

Spread this mixture over the rhubarb and apples, pressing down.

Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.

5 ml of cinnamon

100 ml of butter

125 ml of brown sugar

75 ml of all-purpose flour

125 ml de rolled oats

500 ml of apple, chopped and peeled

300 ml of rhubarb, chopped
