Rhubarb crumble

Preheat oven to medium heat.

In a bowl, combine the rhubarb and brown sugar.

Stir well.

Pour in a buttered pan.

In a bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, nutmeg and salt.

Cut the butter until it is well combined with the dry ingredients.

Sprinkle the mixture over the rhubarb.

Cook at medium heat.

Serve hot, plain or with whipped cream.

2,5 ml of cinnamon

1 ml of nutmeg

1 ml of salt

125 ml of butter

750 ml of rhubarb, frozen or fresh

75 ml of brown sugar
