Rhubarb and molasses pie

Combine the rhubarb, brown sugar, molasses and lemon juice. Let stand for 3 hours.

Add the baking powder and flour.

Stir well and pour the mixture in rolled-out puff pastry.

Cook in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes or at 170°C (335°F) for 20 minutes until the crust is golden.


375 ml of brown sugar

45 ml of flour

5 ml of lemon juice

125 ml of molasses

250 g of puff pastry

750 ml of rhubarb, diced

5 ml of baking powder
